Sale of Goods
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match the description provided on our Site.

• Descriptions: We aim to ensure all images and descriptions of our medical consumables are accurate. However, packaging may vary as manufacturers update their branding.
• Stock: If an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel that portion of your order and refund you immediately.
• Medical Grade: Where items are described as “Medical Grade” or “EN455 Compliant,” they meet the necessary UK/EU standards for medical use.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Card: Processed securely via Worldpay.
• PayPal: Secure checkout.
• Purchase Orders: Accepted from NHS, Government bodies, and approved Trade Accounts.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. However, once an order is confirmed, the price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Goods are dispatched from either our London or North Wales depots depending on your location and stock availability.

• Delivery Times: Standard (2-3 days) or Priority (Next Day). Times are estimates and exclude weekends/Bank Holidays.
• Risk: The risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address provided.
• International: If you order for delivery outside the UK, you are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Right to Cancel (Consumers Only)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, private customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt.

EXCEPTIONS (Important):
The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., opened boxes of Gloves, Face Masks, Aprons).
• Custom or personalised goods.
• Goods that expire rapidly.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel a valid contract (for non-hygiene items), you must return the goods to us at your own cost. We will reimburse payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Glove Club Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profits or business) arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of goods.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude liability.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes regarding orders or use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
