• Please note any face masks, gloves and selected PPE is non-returnable, in addition any items in the clearance section of the website are non returnable
• Our prices are accurate as of going to print or being published online, although we reserve the right to make changes as necessary.
• Errors and omissions excluded.
• All prices shown on our website and in our catalogue exclude VAT.
• All products within the catalogue are guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship for one year, from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
• If for any reason the products you receive are damaged or faulty, please return them to us unused within 14 days of receipt and we will replace the goods or refund your payment.
• Always read the label of any product you purchase.
• We recommend regular visual checks to ensure your product is not showing undue signs of wear and tear.
• COSHH information is available for our products from our website or upon request.

Zero-rated VAT relief for charities

• Some items in this catalogue are eligible for zero-rated VAT relief provided the purchase is for charitable use. Please fill out an online VAT Relief claim form and then 'apply' the claim to each order you place.
• For disabled individuals, order sizes are limited to 20 packs per product.

We work closely with HM Customs & Excise so please do not try to claim VAT relief if you are a care home which is not a charity.

Terms of Business

Any order placed through us, Glove Club Ltd, will be subject to the following terms of business.

• Payment in full on any order or account shall be made on the last weekday of the month following the date of our invoice.
• We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.
• We reserve the right to decline or process further orders until overdue sums are settled.
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel an order at any point at our discretion. We will endeavour to notify you if any changes do occur to your order.  
• In the event of any defect in products supplied by us or if there are any delays in delivery, our liability is limited to the cost of the goods as invoiced to you.
