Standard Delivery
Orders under £65 (ex. VAT) start from £3.49.
Usually delivered in 2-3 working days.

Priority Next-Day Delivery
Need it faster? Select Priority Shipping for £17.95 per parcel.
(Orders must be placed before 12 noon for Next Day service).

Non-Mainland / Highlands
For deliveries to Highlands, Islands, and selected postcodes, there is a standard charge of £13.95 per parcel.

Dispatching from London & North Wales

We now ship from two major depots (Perivale & Abergele). This dual-network allows us to provide faster, more reliable service to customers across the UK, including the North and Midlands.

Important Information

Order Cut-Off: 3pm
We strive to dispatch orders placed by 3pm on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day.

Signatures
All deliveries require a signature. If you request “Leave Safe,” you accept full responsibility for the parcel once delivered.

Back Orders
If an item is out of stock, we will back-order it for you. We will contact you to offer a similar alternative or a confirmed dispatch date.

Non-Returnable Items
PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons, Face Masks, Gloves, and selected PPE are non-returnable. Clearance items are also non-returnable.

Returning Goods
If you need to return an item (excluding non-returnable PPE), please follow these steps:

  • A. Get a Form: A returned goods form must accompany all items (contact customer services for this). We cannot issue a credit note without the original invoice number.
  • B. Transit Damage: Items lost or damaged while being returned to Glove Club Ltd will not be credited. If you haven’t received a credit note within 14 days, please notify us.
  • C. Packaging: Items must be packed in a cardboard box and suitably labelled. Do not hand unpacked goods to the driver.
  • D. Non-Catalogue Items: Special items not in our catalogue may be subject to a handling charge.

Conditions for Credit:
We will refund the full price paid if:

  1. Items are returned in re-saleable condition within 28 days of invoice date.
  2. Items were received damaged/unusable and we were notified immediately.

Please Note: A 25% handling charge may apply to returns received after 28 days. We reserve the right to charge carriage on returns where we arrange the collection.
