Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps Glove Club Ltd has taken, and continues to take, to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chain.

As a responsible supplier of medical consumables to the NHS, GPs, and private industry, we maintain a Zero Tolerance approach to unethical labour practices.

Our Business Structure

Glove Club Ltd is a privately-owned distributor of medical devices and PPE. Our operations are split between our Headquarters in Perivale (London) and our Distribution Centre in Abergele (North Wales).

From these two locations, we distribute own-brand and third-party medical products to thousands of customers across the UK. Our dual-depot structure allows us to maintain close oversight of our internal operations, ensuring rigorous compliance with UK labour laws.

Our Supply Chain

The primary sources of our products are regulated medical device manufacturers. We acknowledge that the manufacturing of disposable gloves (often based in Southeast Asia) carries inherent risks regarding labour rights.

To mitigate this, we prioritize working with manufacturers who can demonstrate robust ethical audits (such as SMETA or BSCI reports). Most of our suppliers are long-term partners in countries where we have established strong transparency channels.

Our Due Diligence Processes

Training & KPI Monitoring

All employees involved in supply chain management and recruitment have been trained on the requirements of the Act. We continually review our supply chain to ensure:

• No forced labour or child labour exists within our own organisation.
• New suppliers agree to our ethical standards before contracts are signed.
